Investigating a company within a digital market

The Norwegian Competition Authority has initiated an investigation case against a company within a digital market due to a suspicion of exclusionary conduct.

– The investigation is initiated with a view to ascertain whether or not the prohibitions of Sections 11 and 10 of the Competition Act against abuses of a dominant position and anticompetitive agreements may have been infringed, says Director Hanne Dahl Amundsen.

– We have sent a request for information to the company concerned and will, at a later stage, consider to gather further information, says Dahl Amundsen.
