The Finnish, Norwegian, Danish and Icelandic competition authorities have entered into a collaboration with Toulouse School of Economics (TSE) – one of the world’s leading academic institutions in the field of competition economics.
Through this partnership, researchers from TSE will provide training to staff of the competition authorities in these four countries. The collaboration will also include workshops where broader themes within competition policy can be discussed across borders and disciplines.
– We look forward to learning from and engaging in discussions on key competition economics issues with some of the world’s foremost economists. Maintaining strong ties to academia is important to us, says Hans Petter H. Hanson, Chief Economist at the Norwegian Competition Authority.
